Esthetician
Job summary:
Our facials are totally customized for whatever the client’s skin needs in the time they have. We pride ourselves in education, setting the client up for success for their home-care. You will provide a variety of services, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Gua sha , lash lifts, brow lamanation’s and sugaring. You need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our skincare lines that we carry. You will be trained in all areas that is needed along with the POS system so you can check your own clients out if necessary.
Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations for your clients addresses their concerns and problem areas, advising how best to care for their skin
Perform skincare services as well as all the add-ons.
Suggest various upgrades and add-on’s to improve their treatment.
Attend all staff meetings and trainings
Continuing education
Help train new staff
Promoting yourself and Little Indigo on all social media platforms.
Esthetician Requirements and Qualifications:
Current state of Tennessee esthetician's license in good standing.
Significant work experience as an esthetician. An established cliental is a plus!
Part-time and Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings
Exceptional customer service skills
Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skincare products and Skincare tools.
Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs
Experience with eyelash lifts, brow lamanations, and sugaring is preferred.
